About The Project
Two different products go by "Drops", and the confusion is common. According to Airdrops.io, Drops Bot was formerly known as EtherDrops and is a Telegram transaction-tracking bot (@etherdrops_bot).
The other is a platform that checks any wallet address for unclaimed airdrops without requiring a wallet connection. It offers Telegram alerts on eligibility in its premium tier, and covers Ethereum, Solana, Cosmos, Aptos, Sui, Starknet, Bitcoin and TON, according to Solana Compass listings.
Why This Airdrop Matters
The Drops Bot campaign rewards $DPS tokens for taking part in a prediction game and completing social tasks. The page calls the campaign currently active but gives no date, so that status may be out of date. The token is labelled DPS in these sources and not DROPS as an earlier version of this page said.
We found no official airdrop announcement, token contract address or tokenomics, and most of the material comes from third-party listings.
Airdrop trackers deserve their own caution. A service that checks your address for unclaimed airdrops can be useful when it is read-only, but "airdrop checker" sites are among the most common phishing tools, because they invite you to paste an address or, worse, connect a wallet and sign something. A legitimate tracker needs only a public address.
Prediction games on Telegram reward guessing price direction, which is a form of gambling. They give the project engagement data and the participant a score that may or may not become a token.
As a rule, if a tool requests a signature to "verify" you or a seed phrase to "check" you, it is not a tracker. Close it.
Participation Guide
If you use a tracker, enter only a public wallet address, never sign anything and never share a seed phrase. If you try the Drops Bot game, treat it as entertainment. Make sure you have the right bot by checking its handle on a link from the project's own channel, because look-alike bot names are common on Telegram.
Connect Wallet
Connect your wallet using only official verified links.
Join Community
Follow social accounts and join community channels.
Complete Tasks
Execute platform tasks, quests, or testnet actions to earn points.
Claim Rewards
Track your eligibility and wait for the official claim dates.
Detailed Tasks Requirements
- The token is $DPS, not DROPS.
- Trackers should need only a public address.
