AirdropAlert's page says the airdrop is closed, and Airdrops.io lists it as ended and confirmed. Coins can be used within the platform and may contribute to potential future token allocations. AirdropAlert says you could earn 25 coins per friend and unlock milestone bonuses by inviting others.

The advertised prize was up to $100 worth of crypto for free, in pools that included BTC, USDT, DOGS and CATS. Those prizes are not the token itself. We found no official AzBox token announcement.

A free raffle with a capped prize is a classic acquisition tool: the project spends a small prize budget to attract users and referrals. The "up to $100" is a ceiling, and with many entrants the odds of winning the top prize are low.

As with all raffles, the closer you look, the more the real product is the attention. Inviting friends earns coins, which turns users into recruiters, and that is the main benefit to the platform.

Prize raffles also raise questions about fairness. Ask whether the draw is verifiable, whether the odds are published and whether the operator can change them. Without those, you are trusting the operator's word. Free boxes cost nothing but your time, which is fine, but the paid boxes are lotteries, and in many countries running or entering an unlicensed lottery is restricted. A prize of up to $100 hides a very low chance of winning the top amount.
