About The Project
Defx is described by CoinLaunch as a next-generation decentralised exchange on its own Layer 1 chain, using a central limit order book and zero-knowledge privacy technology. It sits in a crowded field of perpetual futures exchanges that have used points programmes to attract traders.
An earlier version of this page placed Defx on Arbitrum. The description we found refers to its own chain, so we have changed that.
Why This Airdrop Matters
The timeline
CoinLaunch lists a points farming campaign running from 17 June 2025 to 17 March 2026, noting that a retrodrop was possible but that the reward distribution was still to be announced. As of its last update in autumn 2025, the project had not disclosed a native token.
What we could not find
A roundup of perpetual-exchange airdrop candidates published in 2026 names Paradex, Extended and Pacifica as running live points programmes, and does not name Defx. That is an unofficial source, but it is consistent with the window having closed. We found no official post saying whether points convert to anything, so the outcome is unknown.
Why points are not promises
A points window is a marketing tool. It tells a team who is active, but it does not bind the team to issue a token, to reward points evenly, or to reward them at all. Anyone who traded heavily to build points should treat them as worth zero until the team states otherwise.
For readers weighing similar offers, a useful test is whether the exchange itself had real activity. Perpetual exchanges that run long points windows often show volume that is mostly farmers trading against each other, which says little about whether the product has genuine demand. Without a published token plan, an exchange may also choose never to issue one, and its points then become a record of past activity.
The nine-month length of this window means that many users spent significant fees to earn a reward that has never been described.
Participation Guide
If you farmed points on Defx, look at the exchange's own site and verified accounts for a token announcement before doing anything. There is no claim open that we can confirm. Do not respond to messages offering to "convert" or "buy" points, and do not connect a wallet to an unfamiliar claim page. Trading on any perpetual exchange involves leverage risk, and fees paid while farming are not recoverable.
