The Aggregation Parade ran from 14 March to 14 April 2024. Users earned Nova Points every eight hours for depositing assets, with a 10x bonus on deposits during the event. A separate 10 million ZKL was reserved for holders of the Nova Lynks NFT.

Season II began on 31 May 2024 with a pool of 30 million ZKL. I could not find final totals, so how many tokens each participant received is not confirmed here.

Earning points every eight hours for deposits rewards capital left in the system, so larger depositors earned far more than smaller ones, and a 10x bonus tilted this further. The design served a business need: it attracted liquidity to a new network.

Bridging assets to a young network carries smart-contract risk in addition to the airdrop risk, which people sometimes forget when chasing points.

The multichain design is the project's main selling point and its main risk. Aggregating liquidity across networks means relying on bridges, messaging layers and several sets of contracts, and a weakness in any one of them can affect deposits. Readers should check audit reports and the team's record on incidents, and should treat points promises as separate from the safety of their funds.

The NFT allocation also deserves attention: tokens reserved for an NFT collection reward early buyers and secondary-market holders at the time of the snapshot, so the benefit may have gone to people other than the original community. When judging a similar scheme, ask who held the NFTs at the snapshot and how much of the supply they received compared with ordinary users.
